Inspired to use a softer, more neutral palette than my usual cool colors, this original acrylic abstract was created with soft blends of pale green, golds and creams. Creating larger shapes, yet maintaining my usual lines, multiple layers and textured brush strokes. Touches of dark marks were added to show movement in the piece. The texture and blending can be seen by clicking through the various pictures, four of which show close-ups of sections of the painting.
This original acrylic abstract is 36” x 48” on a gallery wrapped canvas, is wired and ready for hanging. It can be hung as is and I leave the framing choice up to the collector of this piece. Mat and framing shown not included; shown only for display purposes.
