This piece was inspired by a walk through my garden, seeing stray flowers popping up where I knew I didn’t originally plant them. It helped me understand how people sometimes choose how or where to live differently than how or where they started. These welcome surprises, challenges and relocation sometimes make for happier, more beautiful people and flowers. Sometimes they belong and flourish right where they land.
