Black & White Ink No. 1

$25.00

Black and White Ink No. 1 is the first in a series of 4 acrylic ink abstracts I created on 5” x 5” cradled masonite panels. I was playing and learning the values I could achieve with black acrylic ink. I enjoy using many colors of acrylic ink when I work on paper, or as a base layer on wood panels before or during using acrylic paint. I love the way the ink moves and creates so many different values. This is the first time I have used masonite panels with the inks.

The 3/4” sides on these panels are painted black and they can be hung as is, or can be framed in a floating frame to add more dimension to the piece. I leave the framing of choice up to the collector of this piece. Mat and framing shown not included; shown only for display purposes.
